I have a B.S. in Agricultural Business and Business from Utah State University. I grew up on a small cattle ranch in the Lake Channel area in Power County. I have had numerous jobs on local farms and helped operate our small family ranch for several years. This has given me the background to know your AG needs.

I'm currently licensed as a Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Idaho. I first starting appraising real property full time in 1997 and became Certified in residential properties in 2001. I have appraised many types of homes and properties over the years which has given me a firm foundation to help price homes correctly.
